Ice hockey team of the President of the Republic of Belarus became the winner of the Fourth Republican Ice Hockey Amateur Competitions for the prizes of the President’s Sports Club. In the second match of the finals series it again beat Minsk region team - 13:5. Second consecutive year, the cup remains in possession of the President`s ice team. |

Athletes of Grodno and Vitebsk regions became the winners in the team of the Republican Junior and Teenager Competitions in Biathlon, Skiing and Air-gun Shooting “Snow Sniper” for the prizes of the President`s Sports Club. The Republican finals took place in Minsk for the fifth time. |

On the 31 of January finished the voting for the best athletes in the contest "Triumph. Sports Heroes 2010." 1,342,265 people took part in choosing the best of the best in following nominations "Team of the Year", "Athlete of the Year", "Sportswoman of the Year" and "Coach of the Year" all over the country. |
