In the Belarusian market the Univest-M group of companies is represented by several organizations, the biggest of which are the Univest-M foreign company and Joint-Stock Company UnivestStroyInvest Ltd. The group also comprises foreign private trading unitary company 'Bella Rosa Rest'. The Univest-M foreign company is the parent enterprise of the group of companies.

The Univest-M group of companies is not just the leading supplier, processor, and exporter of petroleum products in the Republic of Belarus, but also one of the major operators in the Belarusian real estate market. Having entered quite recently the construction market in Belarus, Univest-M group of companies within a short timeframe has turned into one of the biggest private investors and builders of the country. The own assets of Univest-M group of companies constitute the main sources of funding of extensive investment activity. In 2005-2008, over 100 million USD were allocated for the implementation of investment programs in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.
