Unbreakable "Rubezh"

Team "Rubezh" took the fifth consecutive title of the Minsk Ice Hockey Amateur Championship. In the final match it defeated team "Stroitel" with a score 9:2.

 Meeting of the mentioned above opponents has already become a tradition for the decisive games. But team of Alexander Denisevich still can not overcome the " to take possession of the cup. So, that was another time when players in purple jerseys were not able to keep away opponent's attacks from their goal. "Stroitel" even had the advantage during some minutes in the first and in the second period and only bar and posts several times rescued the goalkeeper Boris Tortunov. But mistakes in defence allowed "Rubezh" to create a comfortable lead and to keep it till the end of the game. 

Vladimir Tsyplakov scored three goals, recognized sniper and long-term best scorer of the tournament Andrei Astashevich made five assists. "Stroitel" defender Evgeniy Makarov scored once and made one assist.

Man of the Match were recognized: Georgiy Los ("Stroitel") and Eugeniy Kukushkin ("Rubezh").
