The second day of the International Ice Hockey Junior Tournament "President's Sport Club Cup" finished again with victories from Russia and Belarus teams. These teams will compete on the final day for the major trophy of the competitions.

In the first match of the day Russians met with the familiar hockey players from Slovakia. Before the tournament those teams played two exhibition games, where Belarus eastern neighbours were stronger - 6:3 and 6:4. In the tournament Russians players once more showed their superiority over the team of Rostislav Chovanec - 8:1, scoring two goals shorthanded. Alexander Kregan from "Metallurg" Novokuznetsk made a “hat-trick”. Daniil Vovchenko and Evgeniy Svechnikov both scored twice. Ivan Nikolishin, as captain and team leader, continued to lead Russians forward – 4 points (1 goal+3 assists). That brought him on the top of the scorers leaders list. Patrik Kratochvila was the only Slovak on the scoreboard in that game. He and Ivan Nikolishin were named the best players of the match.

The meeting of Belarus and Slovenia teams became a real battle, where the intrigue was kept until the last minute of the game. Guests got two empty net goals, but didn`t stop trying to save the match and continued to siege Belarusian goalkeeper`s net. And even after the final whistle still tried to continue to show who was better.

A game, in which nobody wanted to loose, ended with the score 5-2 in favour of Belarusians. Igor Leonenko and Alexander Pastukhov scored two goals. Igor made the second double in a row.

On November 12 Slovaks and Slovenes will decide who takes the third place (start - 13:00 local time) and Russians will face Belarusians in the game for the trophy (face-off - 16:15).
