6th Christmas International Tournament of Hockey Amateurs for the Prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus

In early January Minsk once again becomes the world capital of amateur ice hockey. Traditionally the Belarusian capital welcomes the guests of the Sixth Christmas International Amateur Ice Hockey Tournament for the prize of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Unique and exciting, dynamic and intense, uncompromising and unforgettable... Each of the participants, fans and professionals may choose its own definition for the tournament. There is no doubt that many of the commentaries will say that the Christmas International Tournament is also the meeting of good friends and colleagues. For the sixth time on Minsk ice arenas will gather those people, who share their passion for their beloved game. Hockey removes borders and brings people together. The tournament in Minsk is an excellent example of this saying.

Teams from Russia, Canada, Germany, Slovakia, Ukraine, Finland, Switzerland and Belarus will compete for the main prize of the tournament in 2010. Once again we will see the legendary hockey players, champions of the world and Olympic Games. They will play together with those who never played on a professional level, but ready to fight for their country and for their passion for hockey, demonstrating a sincere, emotional hockey. This is another feature of the Christmas International Tournament.
