Republican State and Public Association "President's sports club" is the non-profitable organization based on membership of corporate bodies and private persons.

The President's sports club is the voluntary association which is carrying out activities in all territory of the Republic of Belarus.

Subject and the purposes of activities of Presidential sports club are popularization of a healthy way of life, creation of necessary conditions for development of physical training, regular sports engagement and organization of physically productive leisure.

Members of President's sports club can be citizens of Belarus, foreign citizens and persons without the citizenship, which are constantly living on the territory of Belarus, have reached 16 years of age, have significant achievements in sport or bring the significant contribution to development of physical culture and sports.

Members of President's sports club can be also corporate bodies, including state bodies and other state organizations, which bring the significant contribution to physical culture and sports development.
 
The basic state significant tasks assigned to President's sports club are as follows:
  • Sports activities support in the country
  • Assistance to full and balanced evolution of individual
  • Creation of conditions for mass and individual forms of physical culture and sports progress
  • Elaboration of system of patriotic education of the population

To the basic methods of activity of President's sports club refer:
  • Realization of the actions aimed at development of physical elaboration movement in the country
  • Carrying out charity and other activities
  • Organization of national and international sports competitions
  • Interaction with the state bodies, public associations and other organizations of the Republic of Belarus and other countries, the international organizations in organization of sports and other actions
